Workshop Series

  In this 4 week series, we will be breaking down the most common poses practiced in a vinyasa style yoga class. Each hour long session will include discussion, demonstrations, tips, and the chance to put into practice what we learn. Our goal is to explore what it looks like to establish a yoga and meditation practice in a safe, fun, and effective way.
Week 1 & 2 will focus on poses.Q&A on breaking down poses, giving healthy alignment tips, demonstrating how and when to use props, etc. 
Week 3 will include a slow flow practice and a guided meditation. We will discuss the benefits of a meditation practice and complete a journal exercise to review our experience. I will also give suggestions on how to begin a regular meditation practice at home.
Week 4   We'll tie it all together with a flowing practice, a mediation, and a chance to explore more advanced poses such as headstand, arm balances and binds. Do not be intimidated;  this is going to be FUN! No pressure to try anything you're not ready for but the opportunity to see what could be possible for you in your practice as it grows. 

Non-Members $80 for all 4 sessions|$25 a session to drop
