The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball.  A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.


Silversneakers is a free fitness program for seniors that’s helping millions of boomers and beyond defy the odds, shatter stereotypes and answer every challenge with, “I can do this!” SilverSneakers includes access to classes at AOK! Fitness for FREE or at a discounted rate for those who are not part of this Healthcare Supplemental Insurance Program. 

If you enjoy working out with others then our class-based daily program is for you! Our exercise classes for older adults are specially designed by certified instructors will help make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

When attending class please be sure to carry-in your clean, dry tennis shoes that are for use only indoors. AOK! has a beautiful wood floor surface for working out on and we like to keep it in tip - top shape. Carry a water bottle and towel - All other equipment is provided for every class!

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.Type your paragraph here.



Do you like fast-paced challenging workouts that are done in 45 mins. and will include Movement, Muscle & Mindbody Yoga. No chair will be used for this class BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. These classes will challenge you, but don't worry: One-handed pushups aren't required.
