- Cardio Boxing - a heart pumping
cardio-kickboxing class which often incorporates intervals with a variety of
resistance tools.
Turbo Kick – Join us for Rounds that infuse
boxing, hip- hop and martial arts moves. Join the party!
TurboFIRE!
– Turn up the heat, turbo after turbo, minute after minute of intense cardio
combinations! It’s High Intensity Interval Training created by Chalene
Johnson with AOK!’s own spin, jump and kick for a workout that will
torch the calories!
Dirty 30 – 30 mins, 30 different exercises
that will challenge you from head to toe! Cardio, strength and core - 30x
more!
Step - a traditional step class with
choreographed moves on a platform often mixed with sculpting methods!
Group Cycling, Ride aka spinning - lead by
an instructor for a cardio endurance experience like no other! Both beginner
and more experienced can ride, everyone on a first come, first served basis.
Ride Accumulator – is layered rounds of intervals for a challenge much like
our signature "The Accumulator" class offered only at AOK! Fitness.
Rip-n-Ride – Class is limited to 18
participants, a bike, a barbell in Studio A & K for a rip, roarin’ cardio &
strength class!
Cycling & Core! – Class is limited to 18
participants, class will be part pedal, part plank plus! Cardio & Core!
Studio A & K
Rep Reebok – A Reebok University formulated
periodization program that will help you add lean muscle mass & bust through
plateaus. All levels arrive 10 mins prior to class for set-up. Class may use
step or Coreboard. Rep Upper/Rep Lower denotes a focus on just these muscle
groups in the upper or lower body.
Tighten & Tone- 30 min focus on toning up
using bands, gliding disc, med balls and light weights…TnT for your
muscles!!
PiYo - a
muscle focused class using traditional toning methods crossed with ballet,
Pilates and yoga to create a lean, long look. Shoes are optional, hard work
is not!
AbLab -
Focus on the core, front, back and sides for strength and stabilization.
Zumba –
If you're looking for a fun way to shed pounds and tone up, your ticket to a
slimmer figure may start with a Z. The fitness vocab word of the day is
Zumba (pronounced ZOOM-buh)., Zumba feels more like a dance party than a
workout with easy to follow Latin Fusion steps it’s great cardio for all
levels of experience.
Zumba
Club 101- Will be included with a Zumba pass and will include Reggaeton &
Zumba Club Songs in a line dancing format.
"The Accumulator" - a P90X based class -
that includes 10 Rounds or bouts within the workout of cardio & strength
blended with plyometric moves to burn fat & add lean muscle. You will feel
the challenge and its effects for hours after!
POWER
50 - a 30 min class whose goal is to kick out 50
Reps of at least 10 different exercises. 50 Lunges, 50 squats, 50 Tricep
dips, etc. U got the picture! Ouch!!! (Power 50 + Abs is 45 minutes)
TRX^^ - Using nylon straps, resistance is
created using body weight and gravity. Resistance can be adjusted from 5
percent to 100 percent of body weight by changing the incline of your body.
TRX is effective for the beginner, intermediate and the most advanced
athletes.

All classes, regardless of time are required check-in and one
class deducted from unlimited or pre-pay accounts.
