  • Classes are prepaid, no exceptions.
  • Group Fitness, Zumba & POUND classes are walk-in without registration but we suggest it for accountability. Using our app will add your booked classes to your personal calendar.
  • Barre-Pilates Core, TRX, LiftX and Yoga classes require sign-up in advance of class time.
  • Cancellations are required as well if you cannot keep a booked class time.
  • Schedules will be updated & released monthly by the 24th of each month.
  • Please carry in clean dry workout shoes. No outdoor street shoes will be permitted!
