AOK! is a Group Fitness Studio 

specializing in all types of GroupX Classes, Group Cycling, Barre, Zumba, POUND, TRX and YOGA both for Fitness & Practice.

Our Team includes 25 instructors & trainers!

AOK! Fitness also has had provides classes for the Broadview Heights Rec Center. It is a separate pass cost and usage policy from our own Strongsville location.

Purchasing your AOK! Group  Fitness pass is easy; Just stop by the front desk prior to the scheduled class to get signed up or you can email us at for answers to all your questions about our classes. All equipment will be provided.

Non-Residents - $45
Seniors - $25

Drop In Fees:

Seniors 60 and up $8 

AOK! FITNESS PASS CLASS Usage and Package Policies: 
All AOK! Pass Class purchases/drop-ins must be made prior to class start. Please present valid Pass or drop-in receipt to instructor for admittance.  A valid Driver’s License or State Issued picture ID must be presented along with Valid 3 Month Unlimited AOK! Fitness Class Pass. There are no refunds when a class is changed or cancelled.  Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & CANNOT BE SHARED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 5-class pass valid 5 weeks, 10-class pass valid 10 weeks, 3-month unlimited pass valid 3 months from date of purchase.

If you're looking for a fun way to shed pounds and tone up, your ticket to a slimmer figure may start with a Z. Zumba feels more like a dance party than a workout. With easy to follow Latin Fusion steps its great cardio for all levels and no dance experienced required!

This workout combines high energy, low impact & fat-burning exercises based on the elements of Yoga and Barre to increase joint flexibility and improve posture while creating a sleek form.

Using a ballet barre for stability and resistance in this 45-minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen and you box our heart out! Happy joint, strong muscles, healthy heart; that is PILOXING Barre!
